As the pictures on this page illustrate, the wife and I believe you can never have too many antiques. We’ve been collecting, dealing and more often than not drooling over antiques for some 40+ years; And we haven’t quit yet. But in amassing our admittedly random collection of Americana we’ve learned a great deal (or at least like to think so) by trial and more often than not error. The primary intent of this website, then, is to convey our experiences and some of what we’ve learned. Hence the chapters in the book with their 350 or so pictures of various antiques, most of which passed thru our hands at one time or another. Since we’ve not yet ended our hunt for goodies, the book’s thirteen chapters are in a continuous state of revision as experiences and lessons accumulate and as as new goodies materialize in our ongoing addiction to estate sales, auctions and flea markets. Of course, since we can’t keep everything we find, we also sell. So if in our gallery or under the heading of “what’s new” you see something you like, don’t hesitate to contact us.

Recent Additions to Inventory

We are, of course, continually searching for goodies, and since we can’t keep everything, I’ll try to bring some of our latest acquisition to your attention. So check out our offerings at Dig Country Antiques although a good share of what I find that fits in a box heads directly to eBay under my ID there, pco2000.
